岗位要求：
Job description:
-处理和跟踪进出口货物的日常预订和业务需求
-Handling and tracking the daily booking and business requests of export/import shipment
-根据公司规定编制每批货物的相关文件
-Making the related documents for each shipment in compliance to company’s rule
-联系客户、海外代理商和船运公司以完成任务
-Contact clients, overseas agents and shipping companies to complete the task
-负责系统数据能够及时、准确的录入和更新
-Impute and update the data in system and ensure the timely and accurately.
-提升各职能部门之间的有效沟通和工作关系
-Facilitate effective communication and working relationship across functions.
-协助领导初级OP
-Assist to lead the junior OP
任职要求：
Requirements:
-至少2年海运物流/船运公司/货运代理工作经验（优先考虑具有跨太平洋贸易相关工作经历）
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sea logistics/ Shipping line/ Freight forwarding (priority for position related to Transpacific trade)
-熟悉海运货物进出口流程
-Well understanding of Sea cargo import- export knowledge of procedure
-具有货运代理资格者优先
-Freight/ Forwarder qualification is a plus
-有报关知识者优先
-Customs clearance knowledge is a plus
-良好的英语书写和口语能力。有中文书写和口语能力者优先
-Good in writing & speaking in English. Ability to write and speak Chinese is a plus
-熟练使用微软办公软件，如Word，Excel，PowerPoint等
